Chicago Skyline Golden Hour

Flying in Chicago at sunset is an amazing sight. The water of Lake Michigan was deep blue, as blue as I have seen in the Caribbean. The waves sparkled with honeyed crests. The city looked as if it was made of Lego building blocks. The golden highlights and blue steel shadows of the buildings created a perfect 3D view. I expected to see a 3 year old to play Godzilla and start trampling the Lego city.
